Dan Ming

Dan Ming is a left-handed journalist based in New York City.



Dan has experience in documentary production, mobile journalism and international broadcast news.

In 2011, he helped launch The Stream, an Emmy-nominated program on Al Jazeera English. He spent five years with the show, primarily as a digital producer and occasionally as an on-air host.

More recently, Dan co-produced the Netflix Original documentary Take Your Pills. He currently works as a producer for VICE News.

He holds an M.A. in Medical Anthropology from SOAS, University of London and a B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from Vassar College.
